Those questions should be asked to an ip lawyer. Noone here will be able to give you a correct answer based on the little information you gave.
I would put it like this:
If you paint a picture and sell the canvas where you painted on, it looks to me a lot like selling a mug or a t-shirt. If however you want to put a scan of your picture back to stocks that looks to me like a copyright violation.

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based reading and interpreting the license terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I can not rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I have contacted Shutterstockphotos and they replied that it's ok to use photos for reference and then resale paintings on Creativemarket (images bought under the extended license)... But I'm not sure about Adobe Stock. I see that it is stated:
