Can I continue to use Licensed music track if Subscription ends?

If I license an adobe stock music track and use it in my videos, once my subscription ends, to I still have the right to use this track?

Yes. You can continue to use any licenced asset according to the licencing terms, even if you have no active subscription. The subscription is only needed to maintain access to your currently unused credits. You will forfeit those credits when you cancel. So, before you cancel, make sure to have used up all the credits for assets you may need to use in the future.
