Dear Adobe,
I registered to use a free trial for a month ($29.99) on August 28th. I noticed that Adobe deducted money from my bank account on Oct 20th because it ended the free period. However, I haven't used your service since last month. I cancelled it right away when I saw the deduction.
I would like to know if I would get a refund for that If yes, how? I tried to contact you through customer care chat, but it didn't show me how and asked me to post on this forum. Thank you.
