Can I limit who on my team can license images?

Are we able to limit who on our team can license Adobe Stock images? We have a number of users that license Creative Cloud but we don't want everyone to be able to use the Stock account and license images. Is there a way that I can limit that ability? My account is the only one currently associated to our Stock license but other users on the team have recently purchased images without my knowledge. Thank you.

As I understand the system, every member of your team can license stock images, if they have assigned a plan, regardless if it is the stocks plan or only a CC plan. It's very confusing, as I personally would have expected to be able to assign the stocks plan to the delegates authorized to license images.

You probably need to set up internal rules for stock licensing.
