Hello,
If I purchased stock images from adobe stock, so can I use those images everywhere or am I just bound to a specific project? for example, I have a website, I need images for this website so can I reuse images for other projects or not?

You need a separate license for each client project.
If you licenced the asset for your own project, you can use the assets as long as there isn't a different restriction jumping in (like the 500k print run, or merchandising restriction etc)

No, it's not for clients. It's for my own projects.

So if you have a project with say 50 episodes, you can use the assets as many times as you wish across the episodes on one license, is that correct
Or would you need a license for every episode ?

As @Abambo said above, if you're licensing the image for a single client - yourself - it can be used multiple times without having to license for each use.

No. As long as you do not reach a different limit, like the 500k print run for a standard licence. A licence is attributed to a customer (you may be your own customer!), not to a project.

It's the customer determining the need for a new licence. For each customer, you will need a new licence. You don't need a new licence if you're doing a second project for the same customer. You need to count own use also as a client. So, you can't use an asset for a client and then internally for you, without relicensing.
