Hi.

I try to contact Contact Centeter - but there is no answer

I have made a trial order in Stock Adobe and I dont want to proceed and wanted to cancel it.

I have searched how I can do this but I can't find any cancelation option like explained in this URL:

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/kb/cancel-membership-subscription-stock.html

order no. ADB095589032PL

Please let me know how can I cancel my order, payment for next month.

I've signed in only for one photo  - there is no pososbility to turn off subscription for 1 year.

Please help

Thank you

I cancelled my adobe stock trial but I've been charged by adobe for the service. It's discusting that adobe are encouraging users to try the trial and then locking them in to a 12 month subscription plan that they cannot cancel without being charged. It's impossible to talk to someone about the error! I can't believe that such a big company has such poor customer service. Shame on you Adobe.
