Can't cancel my subscription nor contact support

Hi,

I've been trying for weeks to cancel auto renewal of my annual subscription. Unfortunately I yet haven't been able to click to manage payments and billings because anytime I did so, it showed error massage saying "Something went wrong, try again". I still haven't been able to get there and now I found out that my annual subscription auto renewed and even that I am within 14 days period of first payment I'm not able to cancel subscription without fee. And more to that when trying to click "Contact Us" it just do nothing. Can someone please help me? I literaly feel like getting scammed by one of the biggest enterprise in world because I wasn't able to cancel auto renewal on their broken website.

I can see via your Adobe ID that your Adobe Stock subscription has been cancelled as of the 10th of April. You may have access to the plan quota until the 10th of May.
