Can't download HD previews

Well, can't download previews. I click on the button and payment plans pop up. Went on my wife's laptop using her account, same issue. Help.

I'm not experiencing this problem. Do you have more than one Adobe Logon ID? Perhaps you're logging on to an account that does not have an Adobe Stock subscription?

For previews? Plase post a screenshot. Use either copy/paste, or the image icon in the toolbar.
