Can't open ai files downloaded from Adobe Stock

Hi, I just downloaded three files from the same designer (File #224640535, #224314031, #282785087) but all of these ai files can't be opened.

I use my AI today normally and also downloaded the other designer’s file from Adobe Stock and it works well. Not sure if there’s any file problem from this designer. Please advise how to solve this. Thanks!

Hi @apan1107,

I am not able to reproduce the issue you are reporting. If you are downloading through Adobe Illustrator can you try downloading these files directly from the Adobe Stock website? If the issue occurs while downloading from the website can you try the following:

•  Clear your browser history and try again
• Try on a different browser
• Disable any browser extensions or plug-ins and try again
• Try downloading from a different network

Please reply back with your results after trying the above suggestions.
