Can't purchase images

When trying to licence an image I get the message, "We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer support."

 

Any ideas how to fix this?

Can you pl. share details of Image are you trying to license (Standard/Extended). Do you have valid payment details in the account.
