Can't subscribe / Problem on subscription form

Hello,

when I try to subscribe to a subscription plan the form does not show all the spaces where to enter the data and I cannot continue, I have tried from different devices and browsers but nothing, I cannot go on. How can I do?

You do not need to enter a complete address. You need only to enter your postal code and optionally your VAT number.

I have no idea. I tested the system 2 hours ago, and I could subscribe and cancel without a hassle. I'm however not in Italy, but in the Netherlands. I tried with a VISA card. It worked nicely.
