I would like to know if I can use videos from the platform to create content on YouTube without having a paid subscription. Some videos have the "free" option, and that's why I'm asking. Thank you.

Free assets come with a licence and that licence determines what you can do. The licence for free videos is the same enhanced licence for HD stock assets. You will be fine to use that on your youtube channel.
Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).

Buying a license doesn't alter the way in which you can use the asset. In other words, "free" doesn't mean you are free to use it any manner you wish. As @Abambo said, you must read and comply with the license terms, which vary by which license you select.

For free items, there is no way to buy the licence. And there is absolutely no difference between a free asset and and a for fee asset in that sense. Look at the licence type you get. The licence does not distinguish, if you got an item for free or for pay. The use you can have with a free item is the same as the use you can have with a for pay item.
