Can you please cancel a refund that I received?

I subscribed to the '3 Images per month (month to month)' subscription and downloaded 3 images this month. A few days after subscribing, I cancelled the subscription because I didn't want the subscription to auto renew next month. When I checked my account today, I noticed that I was refunded the subscription fee for this month.

I contacted your chat support and asked them to cancel the refund because I still needed to use the images and that all I wanted to do was prevent the subscription from auto renewing, they told me that they didn't understand what I was talking about and said that the reason I was refunded was because I cancelled the subscription within 14 days.

I didn't realize that I was going to be automatically refunded for cancelling the subscription within 14 days.

I still need to use those three pictures. All I wanted to do was just stop the subscription from auto renewing.

Please cancel the credit.

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 3 images per month plan(month- month) on 8th of May 2018 as well as on 5th of July 2018. Both the Adobe Stock subscriptions have been cancelled.

According to the policy, if you cancel during the first-month billing cycle, your credit card will not be charged and your service will continue until the end of that first month’s billing cycle. If you cancel within 14 days after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be fully refunded. For more information, please refer to Legal subscription terms | Adobe

Moreover, I noticed that you have already downloaded the 6 images which were allocated to your account prior to the cancellation. Since these are downloaded, they will remain in your license history and you won't lose them.
