Hi! I had signed up for Adobe Stock's free trial and didn't realize that once it ended, I'd be locked into an annual subscription plan, that requires $60 to cancel early. I've been charged for two months already and would very much like to cancel the plan. It wasn't obvious or clearly stated when I signed up for the trial, I'd be billed within a annual plan, rather than a monthly one. I haven't downloaded any stock, even during the trial period, and am wondering whether there's any way to get a refund or waive the cancellation fee. Has anyone been in a similiar situation and were you able to find a solution with Adobe's support team? Thanks in advance for any help.
