On January 2, 2019 I made a payment for Adobe Stock, then I canceled the plan, but today, January 11, I still do not receive my refund, this is my order number: ADB044471086

I ask for a prompt response, before the 14 days pass as the page says, because it is not fair, your contact with Adobe are very bad, they give me a 9-digit number, which the operator tells me is incorrect, the chat does not work, on the page there are only forms of payment, but there is no way to ask for a refund if it has not arrived.
