I want to cancel membership in adobe stock but I don't have the option: manage plan, switch the plan etc ...
I didn't use the account, I didn't download any paid photos at the time. Please, cancel the invoice issued to me and help cancel my account so that I will not be charged again.
For any questions regarding invoicing you need to contact Adobe directly. This is a user to user forum (with Adobe Stock having a big participation by Adobe Employees). Users can't help on this matter.

Nb: Please be aware, that sometimes non-Adobe people want to establish contact (ie via Skype), asking for personal information. Adobe employees can check up your account without asking those infos. In the forums, Adobe employees have the Adobe badge assigned.
I have the same problem, want to cancel and not be charged on my credit card, but nobody answer to my email, It is really disappointed that is so difficult and i think it is not right! Please help me!
