Hi there,
I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.
I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 17 Oct 2018.
Please check your private message for more information.

You have resurrected a 5+ year old thread. You are also NOT addressing Adobe directly here. You must contact Adobe directly in order to cancel your account.

Nobody here can see your chat conversation, and we do not know what you agreed upon with Adobe. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so by going to https://account.adobe.com/plans. Click “Manage plan” and cancel.
If that does not work for you, contact Adobe customer service. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.
