cancel my subscription

I have tried to cancel the subscription for 3 days and will not let me do it, on top of that they want to charge me 97 Euros for a service that I do not want and was trying

Paypal: Id. de transacción: O-9F204980HU970072Y Neither can I cancel the charge through paypal
