Cancel subscription

I signed up for a trial, since i used only some of the photos and not even the full amount I tried to cancel repeatedly but never gave me the option. Now the charge was made and it says that I have one year of subscription, which I cant cancel either. How can I cancel all this?

I have the same issue. The link you've supplied just goes to an infinite loop of more links - what must I click on to resolve the problem?
