I started my free month trial with adobe stock. I wanted to learn adobe acrobat but it was dificult to lean. I wanted to cancel subscription but I forgot. I was sure that I have cancel it. I didn't have enough money for the payment, and now I'm being charged more. I got e-mail today that the payment faild. Is there any posibble way to avoid payment and cancel my subscription? I didn't use adobe stock after one free month. I am ready to close my account, because I don't want to pay for something that I don't use.

The instructions for cancelling your subscription are shown here. If it's still within the first week or two after you should have cancelled the trial, you should be able to avoid the early termination penalty.

use the chat box at the bottom right corner of the screen. If you don't receive a useful response, type "agent" in the box to be connected to a real, live person.
