How hard to cancel the subscription for your company.
it is very very unfair , you company is a big professional company. How can you make it hard for the comsumer to cancel the subscription.

2. At the top of this forum there is a search field, many questions posted to the forum have been answered numerous times including, how to cancel a subscription, how to contact customer care and how to report an issue with an asset. The search bar is your friend.
Do you know why i post the question here? because your company do not offer good service to the simple client.
It is easy for us to pay, but when we need support , there is not any easy reaching channel for us to contact you.
I use the search bar to do what i want to do but i can not find out the result that you described about.
If you are part of Adobe, why not send me the direct link let me solve my problem?
