New Here ,
Feb 15, 2018 Feb 15, 2018

I registered Adobe stock plan with free one-month trial version at Jan 15.

But I didn't use anything at all, and I even don't want to continue with my license.

I would like to undescribe my license. so I've followed the manual with it,

but I cannot see the "cancel plan" from my page.

only i can see is the There is an issue with your payment details.

HOW I CAN CANCEL the subscription with my adobe stock plan?

please cancel my adobe stock subscription. Thank you.

Hi there,

Since you're getting the message that there is an issue with the payment; that is the reason why it isn't showing the cancel button in your account.

Please Contact Customer Care for the cancellation requests.

You may refer Contact Support FAQ: Unable to reach support through the "Contact US" link in case you're having troubles reaching the support.

Regards,

Sheena
