Cancel the annual subscription trap

First of all, yes I know, this is the community forum, but I haven't found any other way to contact anyone anywhere and apparently employees sometimes look in here, so I'm trying to get in touch through this.

Unfortunately, I realized too late that the Adobe Stock trial subscription is an annual subscription trap. I did not take into account the notice period because I thought a month for an additional 10 pictures would be useful as I want to set up a website and still need some material. Two days ago I was deducted the monthly rate for the second time, so I wanted to cancel the subscription and saw the cancellation fee. After scouring the forum here, it is clear to me that this is a deliberate trap! With monthly payment it is suggested that you can also cancel on a monthly basis, but this is not the case.

So now I try to contact the support, but always end up only on this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/de/contact/what-contact-options.html or here: https: //helpx.adobe .com / de / contact.html without an option for a direct chat, only links to tutorials on how to throw money down Adobe's throat even faster. Yes, I have tested different browsers, nowhere do I get a phone number or a chat for direct contact. By the way, this fake button here shows exactly what means Adobe is fighting with, that is clear misleading!

The only indication of an annual subscription that I have found is in a reminder email that the trial subscription is about to expire. There is a very small "annual subscription" at the bottom, which I simply overlooked. The information about an automatic extension to an annual subscription and a cancellation fee is deliberately kept very small, even with the knowledge that these things exist, I had difficulty finding this information to read at all. If I had known that beforehand, I would never have started this trial subscription!

So now I want to get out of this subscription. I've used up all of my credits. Yes, I know I saved money with it compared to a monthly subscription. Therefore I am ready to pay the difference for the two paid months. Including VAT, that's € 46.40. For this, the subscription should be canceled immediately.

If an Adobe employee reads this, please contact me here or via the email address on my account. Or send me a direct link to a chat where I can write to someone to solve the problem.

Many thanks.

Hello Alex,

I am sorry you are not happy with your subscription which you are clearly using having used up three months worth of your quota. I can see that you received a reminder email when your free trial was ending on July 7th and also received a message confirming when you signed up on June 15th. The commitment for the 10 asset subscription is 1 year and you are subject to the terms you agreed to when you signed up. You can manage your subscription from https://account.adobe.com
