Hi

 

I had used a trial subscription and did not remember to cancel before the trial period. Anyways, I was charged for the month although I did not intend to renew.

 

Now when I am trying to cancel, I am getting a message which says I have pay for 6 months. In these troubled times it would be a huge burden on me. I didnt realise the plan I had opted for as my intention was to cancel as I did not find any value for the kind of work I do.

 

Early cancellation without penalty would be much appreciated.

 

Left with no choice, I would appreciate if the plan can be changed to minimise the damages and I be allowed to cancel with the least damages
