I picked up the free trial and literally just tried it out. Only two photos were used i believe. Then I forgot to cancel at the end. Now when I try to cancel I am being charged a ridiculously high cancelation fee. This is the second month i have been charged. I tried to reach support via phone, but three times now i get the music for over 10 minutes and the line drops. 

 

I need help please, I have no use for a full year subscription, i don't even have use for the 10 free ones.
