Using the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums I see that you have used 1 of your 10 available licenses. You can confirm this in your license history. Click on you avatar while signed into the Adobe Stock website to access your license history.
Maybe you've downloaded previews of the assets you are viewing, these will have the Adobe Stock watermark and will have preview in the downloaded file name. Once you use up your 10 free assets you will be prompted to pay for additional licenses on demand.
