I signed up for a trial of Adobe Stock last month using my student account but paid for it using my own debit card. I was under the impression I would be able to cancel once the trial was over but could not find any option to do this. After the first payment was taken from me, I went into the 'Plans' section of my profile and adobe stock was not listed. I couldn't find anywhere to cancel this subscription and when i went to adobe customer support chat, it told me I was not authorised to get help as I was not the admin of the enterprise plan. I can't get in contact with my college or the administrator of the account and now I have no option to cancel.
Can someone please help me? I can't afford to lose money to subscriptions I don't need as a student!
