Cancelled successfully - BUT 50% ANNUAL FEE??????

Hi,

I did the free trial month - but had issues cancelling it.

I now managed to cancel the subscription a few days after the trial - accepting to pay for another month.

But now I need to pay 50% of the annual fee just to cancel????

Are you serious?
