Hello. I'm reaching out for help with the subscription. On 24th of November I have ordered Adobe Stock, one free month with annual commitment after this trial. 2 days ago I was charged by it. I reached to support if I can cancel the subscription and get a refund. That is what I understand from Legal Terms of Adobe. I was told that from this moment I am committed anually and there is no way for me to cancel the subscription. I wasn't aware of the note that within 14 days after the second month billing cycle I can still cancel the subscription. I agreed to coninue the subscription with some free months gift. Then I reached out to second assistant, after reading this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/refund-on-an-unintentional-purchase-of-adobe-stock/td-p/9988035... He ignored my ask for explanaition why were I given the wrong information and then he left the chat. I wanted to ask him if he can cancel my subscription since there are 2 days after second billing cycle not 14. What can I do now? Where can I reach out for an explanaition? I am not willing to have annual commitment if the Legal Terms say I can cancel it.

So on December 24th you got charged and contacted support to cancel and get a refund, but instead the agent talked you into a new free month and the annual subscription? Do you have the case number? If yes, post it here so that one of the friendly Adobe employees monitoring this forum can look into what went wrong.
I would, however, contact Adobe support again, and using the case number of your first contact with Adobe support, ask the agent to cancel your subscription and initiate the refund. Update this thread with a status report. Adobe customer care can be contacted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - click the small callout at the lower right of the screen and type "agent".
If you do not get satisfaction, post the case number here.
