Cancelling Adobe Stock

Hi,

 

I would like to cancel my adobe stock but I'm unable to do so since it gives me a warning that there's a problem with my payments, even though I never authorized it to automatically renew and I'm pretty sure I even disabled the trial...

 

Can someone from Adobe cancel the subscription for me?
