I accidentally purchased an Adobe Stock subscription during an attempt to buy stock images on demand. When I noticed the charge after first month, I immediately tried to cancel but there wasn't any option for it under "manage my supscription". I never used this service and now it charges 38 euros every month? I want to cancel this supscription and get a refund but i don't know who to talk to. please help me
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
