I cannot find an option to cancel a perpetual subscription for Adobe Stock? Please assist.
There is no option to cancel as is supposed to be, as per the link.
The response in this forum was not helpful.
The Adobe Help was not relevant and wrongful.
I had to "bruteforce" myself through a self-help questionnaire where all the questions and answers lead to dead ends to get to a chat. E.g. had to reference to other questions/answers that obviously is thought to be of higher value to get to a chat.
Chat was very pleasant and efficient. All honours to the Adobe Call Centre.

Hm, I had 3 clicks to get to the chat option.
No brute force, no no dead ends, no reference to other questions...
I am having the same issue trying to cancel my 12 month membership.Twelve months is up and I should always have the option to cancel, but the website is not user friendly. Even finding the option to contact customer care requires you click on support options to get a number? For what??? That does not help the call move any faster. I have been on the line waiting for a representative for over 30 minutes. Decided to scroll around on the forums looking for other options that may be faster, but there seem to be none, short of waiting for customer support which I’m starting to question the existence of. This is not a service I will ever make the mistake of paying for again!
