Cannot cancel my free trial month Stock Subscription

Hi there, 

I have a problem cancelling my free trial month for Adobe Stock Subscription. I started on October, 16th, and tried now to cancel. But they chargend money for the trial month from me and no´w they want me to pay 196,30 € if I'm getting out of the stock subscription now. Please help!
