it says "there was a problem processing my request". I have tried many times and cannot get past this step.
Please cancel this subscription. I have received an invoice which Ihope will also be cancelled as the first month was free, right?
Online help said
As I can see you are unable to cancel as your payment is pending.
Once payment get clear you will able to cancel.
Which I do not understand given the "free"nature of the first month...

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues while cancelling the Adobe Stock subscription.
I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) on 29 Jan 2019. When you subscribe to the Adobe Stock promo offer(10 images or 40 images per month one-year plan) the first month is a free trial, Adobe doesn't charge you for the 1st month; the subscription billing actually starts from the second month.
