Cannot find bill

Hello!

I wanted to buy a photo for my company with extended licence. I signed up for free trial, I bought the photo (paid for it with card). The purchase can be seen (1st row) but I cannot download the bill. I canceled my monthly plan (2nd row).  

Can you help me? Thank you in advance.
