Hi, I searched an image by google, and find one "https://stock.adobe.com/images/watercolor-illustration-colorful-boho-feather-easter-clip-art-tribal-round-frame-spring-easter-wreath-isolated-on-white-background/147246336" . Google images shows the preview and the link. When I click it adobe stock cannot find the page. When I check cache of this page it still exists. I need to download it. How can I do this?

That does only help for looking at the asset, if you are located in a restricted country. You can't licence, however.

I have to admit, I fail to often. But this one was easy with all the work done by the other participants. 🤔 Including you, providing a working link to the asset. That proves that the asset does exist, so the reason for the failing link needs to be something different. This is a case of the most effective solution chain. Everybody provides a little more to the final solution.
I learned that we cannot reach some images in Turkey. This is against human rights. I paid monthly payment for membership as others. But I cannot reach all amages. This is unfair.

You missunderstand the human rights issues.
Yes, it's unfair, but as an internationally active company, Adobe needs to comply with local laws. To comply with local laws, Adobe is adding an additional level of vetting. The alternative to this would be to close down Adobe stock in restricted countries. There are more countries, that face the same problems. And the additional vetting is a cost factor, so Adobe does that only, when assets attract a high interest in other regions. At least this is what we suspect, as our assets (as a contributor) are also restricted in your region. And as in other regions the same assets are visible, we suspect that there are two types of countries: restricted and standard. So the restricted areas are probably aligned to the most stringent laws where Adobe makes business.
Anyway, you have only two options. Subscribing to stock or not subscribing to stock. The best and most asked assets are available to you. The advantage is, that bad assets should be rarer.
