Cannot save Stock assets to My Library

Hi

I cannot saee any stock assets to My Library;

I could previously also choose which Library to save an asset to (various projects) but this option is no longer available.error : "Could not save asset into My Library"

The My Library Folder is completely empty, ther are no duplicate names or funky characters

I have tried to create a new Library to use and the error keeps coming.

Tried several browsers, cleared all cache, changed even machines, and updated all CC, still get the error.

Hi Kajboe,

Can you see if you can create/add to libraries on https://assets.adobe.com/libraries? It seems you've tried all of the other tips we've posted.

Well, that is where I create my libraries and where I have created  the empty My Library which cannot be found by Stock for saving.

Why can I not manage my libraries and choose an alternative location / Library ?

Can you provide more information? What do you mean by an "alternative location"?

While I have My library, which Stock doesn't download into for wahtever reason, i can create other libraries. but I cannot tell stock " choose this library instead as an alternative". I can create as many libraries as I want, but not download anytnig into thembecause thre is no way anylonger to tell Stock which library to download an asset into, and the default library as per Stock, My Library, cannot be downloaded into. So another reated library would count as "alternative location". It is not feasable I download everything locally, then try to get it somehow into the intened library folder.
