Hi. I am getting started contributing photos to Adobe Stock today. I am, and have been, on Shutterstock.
So here, you click Yes or No, to the question, does the image contain recognizable property or people. If the answer is Yes, a release is required. There is not an option to in effect say, I do not have a release, I am submitting as Editorial. If I answer No and that is not true, well, then that is not the true answer.
Am I missing something, or is what I am saying correct, and the way it is; i.e. you can't submit an image that requires a release for Commercial use, without a relase, for Editorial use.
Thank you.

You can't submit editorial to Adobe stock. It does not come from individual contributors. See https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/stock/contributor/help/editorial-requirements.html
Illustrative Editorial is something different. New contributors can't submit to it, but eventually a successful contributor may submit. It is NOT the same as ordinary editorial, and like it says, you cannot include people. https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/stock/contributor/help/illustrative-editorial-content.html
