I am a graphic designer and I have been trying to purchase a subscription to Adobe Stock. However, when I try to use my saved method of payment, I keep on getting this message:
"We're unable to approve your transaction at this time. Please check the information you've entered below to make sure everything is accurate. If you continue to have trouble, please try a different card or contact Learn & Support for help."
I'm not quite sure why I would receive this message over and over again, as I've checked my address/email and it all lines up. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!
I would suggest you contact Adobe customer care. Account and payement issues can't be solved in the fora. Adobe customer care can be contacted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - click the small callout at the lower right of the screen and type "agent".
