Hi guys,
Does anyone know how to change the company information in the issued invoice? I input all of company information before making payment but there's no company name in the invoice after all. I have to make a claim to my company so the company name is compulsory.
Also, Adobe customer support cannot be reached, is there any direct email? Chatbox and help center don't work anyway.

How is it that customer support cannot be reached? Use the chat and type "agent", after the initial questions. Do not suppose that the chatbot is very intelligent and understands complicated sentences. The customer service would be able to help you, I suppose.
There is no e-mail support. Do not respond to DMs when the sender does not have the Adobe logo with their avatar and "Adobe employee" as label.
