It is incredibly sad and dishonest that in 2020 Adobe deploys the tactic of giving people a month-long trial and then charging them $60 for canceling that trial.
This is a horrible tactic and horrible user experience — will be incredibly conscious in future dealings with Adobe, though I doubt there will be any.
Very sad. This is NOT how you convince users to remain with you, quite the contrary.
