I am having an issue with the checkout when downloading images. The system keeps timing out and the image does not download, "Sorry but a system error occurred". The problem is the system bills my account for an image I didn't get. If I try again the image usually downloads but I get billed again. I had 19 double billings in the past 4 weeks.
I did a chat last week and the tech could see what was happening and they credited me for 6 of them. I tried chat yesterday and the tech lost the connection. I called customer service and the agent could not understand what I was trying to tell him.
Has anybody seen this before, attached is a screenshot of the error code.

The only solution to this is to contact Adobe customer care. I strongly recommend chat. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
