clarity on what is included with creative cloud all & adobe stock ...

I'm thinking to buy the "creative cloud all" with the "adobe stock" subscription. as there is currently a special offer on.  I can't find any info on what stock is included in the offer.

Is it unlimited use of images/videos/audio ? 

Do i need to pay to licence any of them or is that included ?
