Clicked License button by mistake

Hello, I have just started a plan and did not know what the blue license button was on the bottom of photos and tapped it. Now I have this file in my library that I cannot use!

Is there a way to release this or get a credit back?

The interface is a little confusing.

I have verified that you have licensed asset ID 424515074  and have granted you a replacement license. Please delete asset from any downloads or library at your end.
