Hi Everyone,

I Hope you don't mind writing me here again, as my post on the fotolia forum from a week ago did not get any answer.

So I wondered If I might used the wrong forum? Sorry If I am being unpatient.

Fotolia transfer Credits

I have an issue with my Fotolia Credits. They were not transferred to my Adobe Stock account after "combining" them last week.

Here some more backstory and information:

I did transfer my Fotolia account to my adobe Stock account on Monday last week. After the transfer nothing was shown in my Adobe account.

Well as I researched there was a lag going on and things should show up later.

Until now only the transactions etc were shown there and everything worked out.

But Not for my credits. They are still not transferred.

What can I do to solve this problem? Or is there something I might have overseen?

Thank you a lot in advance!

It may have been referring to the conversion ratio? 5 Fotolia credits are converted to 1 Adobe Stock credit, so if you had 106 Fotolia credits this would convert to 22 Adobe Stock credits.

Thanks

Hi there

There are 22 credits showing on your Adobe Stock account.

When you sign in to stock.adobe.com, please select your personal account on the top bar, not the teams account, and you should see a box showing the credits available.

Kind regards

Bev

Thank you a lot for your fast answer Beverly!

I have seen the credits thank you, I was wondering as while the download went on it stated that they will give me additional 106 credits from the prior account.

So I am not sure if it was wrong or the credits won't just show up!

Kind Regards
