Come avere un rimborso?

Ho attivato il periodo di prova gratuito di Adobe stock fino al 4 dicembre ma l'addebito dell'abbonamento è avvenuto il 3 dicembre,un giorno prima della fine della prova e quindi prima che potessi annullare  la sottoscrizione. Come posso avere un rimborso visto che non era mia intenzione pagare il mese di abbonamento

The charge is precise on the minute. So if you took your subscription on the 3rd November 11:56 you will be charged on the 3rd December at 11:57. 

 

You can still cancel as you are well into the 14 days of your paid subscription, and you will get a refund. The refund is processed manually and takes up to 10 working days to arrive at your account. 

 

When you cancel, you will get a confirmation mail. Be sure to watch that to be sure of the cancel.
