With early cancellation you will pay half of the remaining due as early cancellation fee, but when you do that, it's illogical to take a subscription on the month. You can cancel anytime by paying the early cancellation fee. Be aware that you will lose unused asset credits, by doing so.

prefiero cancelar la suscripcion... pues no me cae bien la empresa, cobran mucho y todavia ya no se puede cancelar gratis, gracias por estos ultimos 2 años de buen servicio.

Efectivamente en la página no hay forma de cambiar el plan de mensual a anual o viceversa. En mi caso, vi que ahorraba casi 1/3 del costo si lo pasaba de mensual a anual. Escribí al chat de Adobe donde me transfirieron con una ejecutiva y ella lo solucionó justo en ese momento. Eficiente, respetando el plan docente con el que ya cuento.

Changing from monthly to yearly should be possible, but I do not know indeed if it is foreseen, as for most monthly plans the easy way is to cancel and to take the annual plan. Only with stock you would lose the accumulated credits, what you probably would like to avoid, and therefore you would need the help of Adobe, to transfer the credits (which I would guess means for them simply adding the number of credits to your annual plan).

 

As for changing from annual to monthly, that would change a key condition of your plan, so I do not expect that to be possible anyhow. Somewhere in the annual plan, there is a break even, as the early termination fee is half of the remaining due and the monthly plan is pricier.
