I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.

Please let us know the issue which you are facing with Adobe Stock services so that we can further assist you.

Also, I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year ) plan on 03 Jun 2017. Are you trying to cancel your subscription?
