There is no way to contact a contributor, neither current nor past.

Contributors can't be contacted. If you want finding a contributor, you may try to google them or their assets. Sometimes you're lucky and get a hit.

There may be many reasons for a contributor to stop offering their assets. Some get removed by Adobe for a violation of the contribution rules, some ask to get removed, because they cease activity here. If a contributor is removed, the assets are no more available.
