I'm creating a child's coloring book that will incorporate clipart from Adobe Stock from the category of "License for free." Are there any license restrictions? Of course, I will not share original vector files, but I just want to make sure there are no other restrictions. Thanks!

The same license conditions apply to the asset regardless of whether you're licensing a "free" asset or a paid asset. You need an extended license if the asset is to be used in products for resale.

I agree with @Jill_C.
As you are creating a coloring book, the assets are a primary asset for people to acquire this book. You can't use as thus a standard license but need an extended licence. Free assets are not available with an extended licence, even not for pay. As a conclusion you can't use free assets for this use.
